Please read thoroughly before booking and paying deposit!

Appointments: Books open the 20th of each month a $35 dollar non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment which is deducted from your final price. The remaining balance is to be paid in CASH ONLY.

Policies: There is a $15 dollar late fee after 10 mins, after 20 mins the appointment will be canceled and the deposit is FORFEITED. When scheduling appointments please make sure to put the correct contact info.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be done 24 hrs before your appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled one time in the same month otherwise new appointment =new deposit.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hrs notice, half of the total balance will still be due. We value everyone's time and ours we appreciate your understanding.

Extra Info: All services include complimentary wash, wine , juice/water and snacks. Please no extra guest or children.

Please ensure you have HD Lace. Do not book if you do not have HD Lace or a higher quality. HD Lace is essential for achieving a natural, skin-like install. Please select the customization options when booking your appointment if your wig requires customization.

All lace and wigs must be brought in 2-3 days prior to your appointment if customization is required.

Please ensure that if you bring a pre-customized wig, it has not been over-bleached or plucked.

All lace and wigs MUST be customized before your appointment. There are no exceptions to this policy.
